So, I've been scouting more readings in Kansas City, and tonight I went
to one at a place called Swordfish Tom's. The reading series itself is
called Tom's Speakeasy and it focuses on poetry (which is why I'm
contacting you, since all of you write poetry). The space where the
readings take place is really fantastic, and talking to Brandon
Whitehead (the guy who runs the reading series), he says he's always
looking for more people to read. So, I thought I'd tell you about it.
