Systemic racism is a big problem.

We have to see each other--we have to hear form each other, about our experiences. 
  
If you haven't had these experiences, then you might not know how to relate to someone who is different. This is what might lead to privilege.

 As a white educator It is good to feel uncomfortable 

If you feel uncomfortable I hope you can be open to listening to voices that are different than you are used ti hearing.
