Before I look at the existing syllabi for the course, my thoughts are that for every reading assignment a student writes up two responses to the writing based on their curiosity. Each one contains a summary so we can you familiar with what is being discussed, what it is that inspires or rhetorical inspiration. Or even ripping off of., and then finally what the student will plan to do as their own prompt or strategy. Based on their curiosity. Part of the grade will also be there commonplace journaling, which will also be in block form or posted. Blog forum. If a student wishes to do a hybrid art Journal part blog, that is okay. I still want the responses in typed up form though. The third part is class participation.
